Well, I actually got done processing these photos late last Friday evening, and I had intended to have them up Saturday. Life happens, though, and Saturday was a busy day that culminated in a ridiculous all-night party and consumption of various intoxicating substances, which probably wasn't such a great idea considering I already felt like I was getting sick.
As you've probably already guessed, I did get sick, and spent most of the next three days sleeping. Finally felt better just in time for Christmas Eve, and now that it's Christmas day and the gift-giving is over, I thought I'd get my shit together and share these photos with everyone....
Remember, every photo I post on here is clickable, and will take you to my Flickr, where you can get higher-res versions.
The Vesneski brothers, Trevor (L) and Tyler (R) were my neighbors for years and years. I rarely see Trevor, and haven't seen Tyler in quite a few years, so it was cool to spot them both at this event. No idea who the beautiful dark-haired girl in the middle is, but I wasn't surprised to see her with Trevor. The more things change, the more they stay the same, right?
This is Stevie.
I have to say that out of all the beautiful women I saw at AfA (and there were quite a few), Stevie was definitely the sexiest (is that a word? or should I say 'most sexy'?). It might have been due to the fact that her style was utterly rad - leggings, cute top, a little bit of black lacy bra showing, and the piano-key scarf - shit was hot!
This is Steven Jay, another photographer who was showing that night. This man is insanely talented, I suggest you check out his work.
More charity haircut goodness!
This guy was pushing a classic preppy style that I really liked.
And, last but not least, this is Inverse. The aforementioned Trevor Vesneski does vocals here, and bass licks come from my good friend and local celebrity Paul Bahou (check out that hair! is this a rock show or a Pantene Pro-V commercial?). I'm not too well-acquainted with the other band members, but I'm sure they're fine gentlemen to know: Sal and Dom (guitars/vocals), Topher (drums), and Mike (keys/vocals).
Basically, Inverse rocks, and you should listen to them.
Like I said on Myspace, I would end this with a 'Merry Christmas' or other typical holiday salutation, but it wouldn't be sincere really. I'm not a big Holiday person. So let's try this instead:
Imagine Peace,
